1. Who we are
Talentrys ("we", "us", "the platform") operates a directory where talents — models, photographers, musicians, athletes, creatives and brands — can create a public profile to showcase their work and be discovered by clients and collaborators.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. One account per person.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the profile information, images and portfolio content you upload. By publishing it on Talentrys, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host and display it as part of the service. You confirm you have the rights to any content you upload, and that it doesn't infringe on anyone else's rights.
4. Contact requests
Talentrys lets visitors send a contact request to a talent through their public profile. We are not a party to any agreement, booking or payment that results from such contact — these are made directly between the talent and the person who contacted them. Talentrys is not responsible for the outcome of these exchanges.
5. Prohibited conduct
You may not use Talentrys to impersonate someone else, upload content you don't have the rights to, harass other users, scrape the platform at scale, or attempt to bypass its security measures. You can report a profile or a portfolio project directly from its page, and block another member from your own profile — blocking stops them from messaging you or sending you collaboration requests. We review reports and may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. Suspension & termination
You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings. We may suspend or remove an account that violates these terms.
7. Disclaimer
Talentrys is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do our best to keep the platform available and secure, but don't guarantee uninterrupted access.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Talentrys after a change means you accept the updated terms.
